Mississippi State again highlighted among Forbes ā€˜America’s Best Large Employers’

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Ļć½¶Ö±²„ again is among several prestigious and well-respected organizations highlighted today [Feb. 12] on Forbes’ 2025 list of ā€œAmerica’s Best Large Employers.ā€

Mississippi State is the top SEC comprehensive academic campus listed, apart from the medical center at the University of Tennessee. Ļć½¶Ö±²„joins top IT services corporations, healthcare agencies, car manufacturers, financial companies and other well-known institutions from across the U.S. Ļć½¶Ö±²„is the only Mississippi institution of higher education listed.

The annual Forbes ranking, produced in partnership with market research firm Statista, is a survey of employees who rated their organizations on criteria including salary, work environment, training programs and opportunities to advance.Ā 

In 2024 and for the ninth consecutive year, Ļć½¶Ö±²„was honored by the national publication The Chronicle of Higher Education as a ā€œGreat College to Work For.ā€ Also, for the ninth straight year, Ļć½¶Ö±²„was named to the Great Colleges Honor Roll for achieving outstanding results in multiple recognition categories.
