Morgan Nelson, a senior biological sciences major from Vicksburg, receives the Miss Ï㽶ֱ²¥crown during the annual pageant on Thursday [Sept. 28] at Lee Hall's Bettersworth Auditorium. Miss Ï㽶ֱ²¥is a preliminary pageant for Miss Mississippi and Miss America. Nelson received the crown from Anna-Katherine Thompson, Miss Ï㽶ֱ²¥2022.
